Tribeca Lobby

IA restored the lobby of this historic Tribeca loft building at the request of current IA clients. The project was delicately phased to preserve building access and historic finishes that were to remain. The work included preservation and restoration of an original Sol Lewitt Mural, along with new millwork, finishes and mechanical systems.
