IA's recently completed Upper East Side townhouse project was honored with the 2017 Renaissance Award from Friends of the Upper East Side Historic District. The specialty terra cotta facade material, developed by MKCA and Boston Valley Terra Cotta, is a highlight of the project. See photo below.
This c. 1860 carved Carrara marble Italianate style mantel came to us in 20 separate pieces. We just finished restoring, rebuilding and installing it on our job in Lower Manhattan.

Last Saturday, we craned in 10,000 pounds of structural steel in order to combine two buildings in Brooklyn.
